Sam’s Town Mystic Falls Park Light and Water Show

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall is decked out for the holiday season with its whimsical winter display, and holiday-themed Mystic Falls Park Light and Water Show. Cowboy Santa adds to the festive atmosphere as he greets guests in the park.

Sam’s Town will host the 15-minute laser light spectacular, hourly from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. through January 1, each show concluding with an artificial snowfall throughout the Mystic Falls atrium. Cowboy Santa will appear Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. through December 23.

The pioneer-themed Mystic Falls Park Light and Water Show, has been transformed into an immersive winter wonderland experience, beginning at Sam’s Town’s Porte-cochere, with festive lighting and decorative snowflakes leading to Mystic Falls Park. Garland streams, wreath-adorned lampposts, and white light and snow-covered trees fill the atrium, while Cowboy Santa takes up residence in the Park’s gazebo.

Poinsettias, red garlands and ice crystals add to the themed visuals, while lighted sculpture polar bears and indoor snow create a whimsical magical winter wonderland experience in the heart of the Boulder Strip.

The holiday display was lit on November 21, when Boyd Gaming Executive Chairman, Bill Boyd, was joined by his grandson, Staff Sgt. Sam Boyd, to flip the switch on the festive display. For further information on Mystic Falls Winter Wonderland, visit www.samstownlv.com.
